At EcoRanch, the horses spend all the time free in pastures and work every other day on 2 or 3-hour rides. Those seeking an encounter with nature will choose the Camboinha trails, which lead to sandy tracks for memorable gallops and cross the farm's well-preserved Atlantic Forest reserve. All rides are guided by the owner, who has many stories to tell.

All rides begin at the farm after a short briefing on safety rules and key advices for the true beginners. Horses of Quarter-Horse or Campolina breeds have been selected according to their very calm personality with a simple concept in mind : "anyone can ride them". All beginners who joined our rides returned delighted to have experienced their first gallop.

For beginners, 3h programme, 2h on horse
Distance of 7km, 90% walk, 10% trot/canter
Departure at 8.30 am and return at noon (without lunch) or departure at 10.30 am and return at 3.00 pm (with lunch)
We reach the waterfall through a variety of different landscapes, including the crossing of the Jeribucaçu River and we will return by quiet and open ground roads that are ideal for trying out the first gallops safely.

For beginner riders, 2 hours on horseback
Distance of 8 km, 80% walk, 20% trot/gallop
Departs at 8:30 am and returns at 11:00 am

For experienced riders, 3 hours on horseback, half-day program
Distance of 12 km, 60% walk, 40% trot/gallop
Departs at 8:30 am and returns at 12:00 pm

These long circuits around the farm take you to the heart of the primary forest and deserted areas free from any human activity very suitable for very long gallops. You will feel the true nature of its origins. The return is made within the farm via the Jungle Trail, a journey through the most preserved Atlantic Rainforest in the region, covering an area of ​​25 hectares, a private reserve of Ecoranch including the hidden Cupuaçu Valley.
